We are on the second floor of a characteristic Cortonese building and the apartment has been recently renovated with great skill and care to create a high-level environment with quality finishes and materials making it comfortable and welcoming for guests.
The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays, it is ideal for two people or a family with a small child and will allow you to fully experience the historic center where you will savor the sweet life of this beautiful part of Tuscany. Cortona is also the ideal place from which to discover the most beautiful Umbrian and Tuscan cities: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza and many others are all less than an hour's drive away, while Florence and Rome are easily reachable by train. Interior Description

The 35 sqm apartment is spread over one level and is composed of a living area characterized by a single environment where we find a beautiful fully equipped hideaway kitchen, a dining table and two comfortable armchairs.
The living room leads to the bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a Smart TV. The room has a private bathroom with shower.
At Casa Annateresa all the furnishings have been treated in detail. Each element is in harmony with the others and has been studied and customized by various local artists and craftsmen who have collaborated in the construction of the property resulting in a most pleasurable experience for the guests.
