Villa Passo Salina is a fine and modern villa with pool and panoramic view over the surrounding sea, located close to the wonderful city of Scicli. On the outside, the villa disposes also of a practical and useful barbecue area, complete with dining table, chairs and sofas, perfect to cook and taste your favourite dishes outside or to rest after a long day.

Interior Description

Villa Passo Salina can easily host up to 8 guests, and it spreads over just one level, and it is composed by a main unit, that can host 6 guests, and by a dependence, that can host other 2 guests. The main building opens into a wide living room complete with sofa, armchair, TV and dining table with chairs, that, thanks to the bright stained-glass windows, will give you a beautiful view over the surrounding outside. From the living room you can access to the kitchen, fully equipped with: kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, blender, induction hob, dishwasher, American coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine and toaster. The floor is completed by: two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower. In addition to the main unit, there is the dependence that disposes of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
