Villa Passo Salina is a fine and modern villa with pool and panoramic view over the surrounding sea, located close to the wonderful city of Scicli. The property is the perfect place for a holiday under the sign of relax, but also to explore and discover all the historical, artistic and architectural beauties that the wonderful Sicily could offer to its travellers. From the villa you can easily reach, in a few kilometres, the most beautiful baroque cities of Val di Noto, and also Siracusa, the famous town of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi. The villa is set inside a well-kept and vibrant garden, rich of many varieties of mediterranean plants that grows in this area. In front of the villa there is the beautiful infinity swimming pool (size 4mtx12mt, deep min 0,30 mt– max 1,60 mt), perfectly sun exposed, provided with sundecks, outdoor shower and sun umbrellas, where you can refresh yourself during the hottest summer days and enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding marine landscape. On the outside, the villa disposes also of a practical and useful barbecue area, complete with dining table, chairs and sofas, perfect to cook and taste your favourite dishes outside or to rest after a long day.

Villa Passo Salina can easily host up to 8 guests, and it spreads over just one level, and it is composed by a main unit, that can host 6 guests, and by a dependence, that can host other 2 guests. The main building opens into a wide living room complete with sofa, armchair, TV and dining table with chairs, that, thanks to the bright stained-glass windows, will give you a beautiful view over the surrounding outside. From the living room you can access to the kitchen, fully equipped with: kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, blender, induction hob, dishwasher, American coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine and toaster. The floor is completed by: two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower. In addition to the main unit, there is the dependence that disposes of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Passo Salina disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, two washers and iron, air conditioning and heating.
