Via Roma 39 is a beautiful apartment with terrace located in the city centre of Cortona, medieval town of Etruscan origins, famous all over the world for its historical and artistic beauties. It is in the heart of the city centre but at the same time in a peaceful and quiet position, from which you can go to discover not only Cortona, but also all the main cities of Tuscany and Umbria, with lovely daily trips.
The house is set on the third floor of a typical palace of Cortona but, going inside the property, you will be immersed inside a recently renovated and furnished with design object environment, to give the guests the maximum of the comfort. The colour scheme, the furniture and materials, creates a harmonious space full of charm, enriched by wide windows from which comes the natural light with grace which becomes part of the interior. The terrace completes the picture and offers an outdoor space with beautiful views of the city and the landscape while giving a space where you can enjoy a typical local meal accompanied by a good wine.

Innenbeschreibung

Via Roma 39 spreads over just one level and it can easily host up to 4 guests. From the entrance door, few stone steps lead you directly to the wide living room, provided with Smart TV, dining table and sofa. On the left of the living room there is the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: Italian moka, American coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, stove, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen and living room you can access, through two amazing door windows, to the charming terrace provided with dining table and chairs. From the living room you can reach the first of the two bathrooms, that is complete with shower. The first double bedroom is characterized by a beautiful king size bed and by a small internal living room where there are two armchairs and a wardrobe. The second double bedroom has got also an ensuite bathroom complete with shower, and it is equipped also with a double king size bed. In this bedroom there is also a Smart TV.
Via Roma 39 is complete with free Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioning and heating (both upon a fee). Pets allowed only on request.
