The apartment is located in the Sestiere of San Polo in Venice’s historic centre. The apartment San Polo Canal directly overlooks Campo San Polo, the largest and certainly one of the most beautiful and picturesque squares in Venice. Very close by is the stunning Basilica dei Frari (which houses the unmissable painting of the Assumption by Titian) and the famous Rialto bridge. San Marco is only 15 minutes away and there are many restaurants and “bacari” (inns) where you can drink excellent wine and sample the typical Venetian snacks known as “cicheti”.
