Villa Mazzoni is a beautiful property immersed in the nature, located on the top of one of the most beautiful hills of the Florentine Chianti, perfectly positioned from which you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Tuscan valleys and the surrounding countryside.
The original building dates back to the year 1000 and it has undergone various transformations over time until the last and meticulous restoration that has made it a unique place to spend a holiday full of charm and relaxation. The villa has all the comforts for a truly unforgettable holiday.
It has been furnished paying particular attention to the most modern facilities yet keeping the Tuscan traditions of the terracotta floors, the beautiful ceilings with exposed wooden beams and brick vaults intact. The villa is rented as a single unit even if it consists of two separate apartments connected to each other by an internal door.
It has large outdoor areas where you can find a barbecue and an equipped area where you can enjoy your alfresco dishes. The pool area (8 x 3 meters, maximum height 1.4 meters) is well exposed to the sun throughout the day and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool opening period is from May to September. On request, it's possible to anticipate or postpone, only for the week before/after the indicated period, by paying an extra €300/week by cash at check-in (For 2025 valid from 29.09 until 04 October 2025 and for 2026 valid from 28.09 until 03 October 2026).
Villa Mazzoni is complete with a car parking and it can be rented exclusively or together with Cottage Mazzoni (further 6 people) reaching a total of 11 + 6 beds.

Interior Description

INTERIORS
Villa Mazzoni offers rooms furnished with taste and inspiration and can accommodate up to 11 people in 500sqm. On the ground floor you find two large living rooms complete with sofas, seats and satellite TV. The spacious and coloured kitchen has two splendid arched windows that offer a spectacular views on the valley and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Two double bedrooms both with private en-suite bathrooms with shower, a bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed complete the floor. On the first floor the same as on the ground one you can find two large living rooms, both equipped with sofas and seats, whose one is also complete with a fireplace. The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped and has an exit to the beautiful terrace that offers brightness and beautiful views onto the room. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a private en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower and a bathroom with only services complete this floor. Villa Mazzoni has internet connection, covered parking and a laundry room with washing machine. High chair and cot on request. Pets allowed on request with extra cost. Air conditioning on request. Heating according to consumption.
