From here you can reach all the major Tuscan and Umbrian towns, famous for their art, history, culture and cuisine. Villa Luna is situated close to the Manzano Golf & Spa Resort with Gary Player Design which will soon be opening its doors to golf players from all over the world. The outside of the villa with a shaded loggia with arches offers its guests a great possibility to enjoy al fresco dining or simply to have a glass of wine whilst taking in the surrounding landscape of sunflowers, cypresses and pine trees. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the perfectly set fenced swimming pool (6 x 12 mt, min. 1,20 - 2,50 max mt depth; opened from May to October) which dominates the below lying fields and is equipped with outdoor shower, sun beds and umbrellas and outside grill.
The laundry can be accessed from outside and has a washer, dryer and iron with ironing board.
The property has been carefully restored taking into consideration the traditional materials such as exposed wooden beams and quality tiling combining it with antique furnishing and original artwork. Interior Description

Villa Luna of ca. 500 square metres presents spacious and comfortable interiors, furnished with antique pieces and original artwork. Special attention has been paid to detail and comfort is surely not missing in this villa. A memorable trip to Tuscany is guaranteed.
The villa develops on two levels, connected to each other through internal and external stairways.
Once accesses the accommodation from the main entrance where you will find a big hall and a bathroom complete with shower. On your right there is the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, separated from the well equipped kitchen with its central island and elegant dining area by arches. The extremely modern and fully equipped kitchen is spacious and in line with the quality of the entire property. A big pantry with an American-style fridge and wine refrigerators is at disposal of the guests. A big counter top for eating and 6 burners complete this space. From the living area you have direct access through big French doors to the loggia.
A staircase leads to the first floor where a second living room will greet you with sofa, Sat TV, SKY and technological equipment. The sleeping area of the first floor consists of four double bedrooms all with private en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a bath and access to the terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms are spacious, elegantly and finely furnished.
