Villa Le Stelle is a beautiful property in the heart of the Cortona countryside, situated in an enchanting position where you can enjoy an incomparable view of the surrounding hills. The villa is rich in history and charm: setting of an ancient and famous family of local landowners which has been completely renovated to create a luxurious and elegant atmosphere with details from various parts of Italy and valuable art.
The property consists of two magnificent villas: one, the largest, was the old manor house where the owners lived, the second, smaller, was formerly used as a shed for tools and animals. The two villas lie a few meters from each other and can accommodate up to 20 people, making them ideal for groups of friends or big family get-togethers. Each villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The property is surrounded by a large park in Boboli style of about 5,000 square meters, inside of which you find a beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 meters, fenced, minimum depth 1.20 meters - maximum 2.50 meters, open from May to October, complete with outdoor shower), perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day and complete with sun deck with sun beds and umbrellas. From the pool the view of the surrounding countryside will be the highlight of your relaxing moments. Inside its beautiful park Villa Le Stelle will offer you wonderful corners equipped with outdoor furniture, as well as a comfortable barbecue and a beautiful loggia characterized by majestic arches where you will have the opportunity to enjoy your open-air parties giving you unforgettable moments immersed in the colors and scents of the Tuscan countryside. For wine lovers, we point out that a short distance from the villa there is one of the most beautiful and famous wine cellars of the Cortona area. Villa Le Stelle is also located near the Manzano Golf & Spa Resort designed by Gary Player Design, which will soon open its doors to golfers all over the world.

Interior Description

The main villa is the bigger one of the two accommodations (1.100 sqm) and is an example of the elegant Italian luxury with majestic rooms rich in both contemporary and Renaissance artworks.
The villa develops on 3 floors connected through a beautiful internal stone staircase.
On the ground floor there are 2 entrances: the first one leads to the living area from which you can directly access the spacious, modern kitchen characterized by a large central kitchen island. From here, you access the dining room and then another living room characterized by a breathtaking art installation. Always on the ground floor, you will find a study complete with desk, desktop and printer and a guest toilet.
The second entrance leads you to the hallway characterized by an extremely particular chessboard floor connected both to the living area and the staircase that leads you to the first floor.
On the first floor there is an amazing living room with sofas, fireplace, a balcony and 2 beautiful double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and walk-in closet.
On the second floor there is another spacious living room with sofas, Sat TV, Home Theatre, dock station and Sky decoder moving subsequently to the sleeping area composed of 3 spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom (2 with shower and 1 with both shower and bath) and walk-in closet. The laundry room (washer, dryer, iron and iron board available) completes this floor.

The second villa (500 sqm) is an accommodation created to give you an unforgettable stay thanks to the particular attention to details. The villa develops on 2 levels connected through both an internal and an external staircase. On the ground floor the villa has a spacious living room complete with sofas and characterized by majestic arches that divide it from the dining area. The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite dishes and is characterized by a large kitchen island in the middle. A spacious pantry with an American fridge and wine refrigerators at disposal of the guests. Through big glass doors you can directly access the external veranda complete with table and chairs. An internal staircase will lead you to the first floor with another living room with a comfortable sofa, Sat TV and technological devices. Always on the first floor you will find the sleeping area composed of 5 spacious, elegant and charming double bedrooms, each one complete with en suite bathroom: 4 with shower and 1 with bath.

Villa Le Stelle has free Wi-Fi connection and security system. Only small size pets allowed. Heating on consumption. Partial A/C included in the bedrooms. Window screens in the bedrooms.
