Villa Eleonora will give you a unique stay in a location characterized by quiet and privacy and incomparable views over the beautiful city of Cortona, whose views will accompany you while relaxing in the garden, enjoying the air of the Tuscan countryside in the morning or when you lean out the window of your room, laying eyes on a skyline of rare natural beauty.
The villa, recently renovated, is set within a grove of about two hectares, in an elevated position (380 meters above sea level) and strategic, in fact the major cultural tourist centers of Tuscany and Umbria are easy to reach in a short time.
The garden is large and equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas for you to relax or enjoy al fresco dining, taking advantage if you will also of a comfortable barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
The swimming pool (11 x 5,5 m - maximum depth 1,70 m - open from May to September) is reserved for your exclusive use and protected by fence, hedge and security gate. Perfectly integrated into the landscape and surrounded by olive trees the pool is also equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Interior Description

The owners of Villa Eleonora have carefully chosen the furniture of the villa in order to create a personal style, expertly aimed to create a home with dual personality, with a base linked to Tuscan tradition but with a keen eye to modernity and updated amenities.
The spaces are large and are distributed mainly on two floors in addition to a large, bright loft on the third floor.
On the ground floor the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen complete with dining room; the living area also has a seating area with a fireplace and satellite TV. On this floor there are two bedrooms: the first, a double room is complete with en-suite bathroom complete with shower; the second, always a double room is also complete with bathroom en-suite with shower and also has a spacious lounge where one can possibly add two extra single beds (on request at an extra cost).
There is an extra bathroom with shower.
You can access the first floor through the internal staircase, here you will find the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Through an internal staircase we reach the last double bedroom. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower.
