Immersed in the rolling hills that surround the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona rises Villa delle Fragole, a beautiful stone building ideal for those who want to experience a holiday with all the beauties Tuscany has to offer. The villa and the annex are located in a panoramic position from which you will have a gorgeous view of Cortona and the surrounding countryside, situated in a secluded and quiet place but at the same time not far from all services (bars, restaurants, shops, cultural attractions) and from the most beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian destinations: towns like Montepulciano, Siena, Florence, Pienza, Perugia, Assisi and many others are easily reachable by car in a short time.
Villa delle Fragole has a beautiful garden that surrounds the entire property, full of plants and flowers which create pleasant shaded areas where you can relax and enjoy the colors and scents of the countryside. Inside the garden lies the swimming pool (oval, mt 8x4, height 1,5 mt, open from May to October) with sun deck equipped with deck chairs and sun beds for your relaxing moments. The garden has a comfortable gazebo with outdoor table and barbecue ideal for al fresco dining.
The villa has an entrance gate and car park.

Interior Description

The interiors of Villa delle Fragole are characterized by ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors that recall the rustic Tuscan style, famous all over the world. The villa develops on two floors connected by both an internal wooden staircase and a beautiful outdoor stone staircase, on top of which we find a characteristic loggia with panoramic view. The ground floor is accessed by two different entrances: the first will give you direct access to the large living room, featuring large windows and exits to the outside which make it extremely charming and comfortable. The living room has sofas, a SAT TV, seating possibilities, fireplace and an area where you will have at your disposal an open bar.
The second entrance will lead you into the dining room featuring a beautiful marble dining table complete with chairs; connected to the dining room lies the fully equipped kitchen and a convenient pantry with guest toilet only (wc and sink).
On the first floor we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with private bathroom with bath and large wardrobe, the second is always a double bedroom with wardrobe. Near the first bedroom there is a small living room where you will have at your disposal a single bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. A second bathroom with bath tub completes the floor.
A few steps from the principal villa, there is the annex composed by 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom complete with shower. Outside it’s completed by a charming veranda.
Villa delle Fragole has free wi-fi internet connection and a washing machine. High chair and baby bed on request.
