Villa i Ciliegi is located in the heart of the Valdichiana, in an elevated position from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and the Leopoldine, historic peasant dwellings dating back to the 17th century, built by the Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo di Lorena. We are located halfway between Cortona and Montepulciano, two beautiful Tuscan villages full of charm and history. The location is strategic to reach all the most beautiful attractions in Tuscany and Umbria regions with comfortable day trips. For those who prefer relaxation, the villa will instead be the ideal place to spend pleasant moments of quiet inside the garden (completely fenced) where you will find a gazebo furnished with an outdoor sitting area and the pool area (infinity, 6X12 meters, depth maximum 2.20 meters and completely fenced) equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas.
The garden features are completed by a comfortable veranda with dining table located across the entrance door and a barbecue for cooking your meals in the open air. There is also a laundry area with indipendent entrance and parking at your disposal.
Villa I Ciliegi is part of the family-run farmhouse, well known for the high quality oil, wine and honey productions as well as a small production of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
The family also runs a restaurant which is close by giving guests the possibility to taste traditional dishes made with high quality products without having to drive.

INDOORS
Villa I ciliegi can comfortly accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
The villa has furnished in the typical Tuscan style that blends well with the surrounding rural context and is characterized by terracotta floors and the typical ceilings with exposed wooden beams, the fireplace and some beautiful serena stone finishes.
From the main entrance you access the cozy living area with fireplace, dining table and the fully equipped kitchenette.
On the ground floor you find 2 double bedrooms with direct access the garden and a twin bedroom all complete with A/C and SAT TV. 2 bathrooms with shower complete the ground floor.
Through an internal staircase you climb up the double bedroom with panoramic balcony overlooking the valley from which you can enjoy beautiful Tuscan sunsets. A/C, SAT TV and private bathroom with shower.
