Apartment Passerini is situated on the ground floor of a building that has been recently renovated and it is characterized by a big fully paved private garden of 25 square meters where you can relax yet sipping a good glass of wine or enjoying your al fresco dinings. Interior Description
The apartment of 45 square meters consists of a comfortable living room with sofa (if necessary convertible into a double sleeping sofa), dining table and Tv Sat. From the living room three steps lead you to the fully equipped kitchen provided with a small loft where you can relax yourself. From the kitchen and the living room two large windows lead you directly to the external garden.
The Apartment has a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays and it can accommodate up to three people.

Location, location, location! An excellent setting to enjoy all of Cortona from a central point. Minutes to the two main Piazza's. The staff at Rent in Tuscany welcome you to Cortona and make you feel like you are a part of their city not a visitor.

Greta value. Location, had a full kitchen and laundry. Lovely sitting area outside, and a lovely nook for reading. Would be great for a long term stay.

Very well equipped apartment in the center of Cortona just 2 minutes walk to the main square. (fridge, freezer, koffiemachine, ironing, washingmachine, SAT tv, WiFi etc. etc.)
Special is your own outside space were you can enjoy breakfast or a nice afternoon drink.
