Casa Cristina is a charming estate located on the hills around Cortona, Etruscan city of unsurpassed beauty and charm. It is located a few kilometers from the city center (5 km), in an elevated position from which you can enjoy unrivaled views of the Valdichiana and Lake Trasimeno.
The cottage is the annex of a larger villa where the owners live, but at the same time it's totally independent and exclusively for the use of guests with private garden and pool only available to occupants of the cottage.
Casa Cristina is located in the middle of nature, with woods and olive groves all around the property, making it an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can spend some beautiful days. The swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, fixed depth 1.60 m) is exposed to the sun all day and is located on a beautiful natural panoramic terrace where you will have at your disposal deckchairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Outside you can also take advantage of a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining with the scents of the Tuscan countryside. A few meters from the cottage you will also have at your disposal a barbecue with wood-burning oven and laundry room, both are for common use with the owner.

Interior Description

Casa Cristina develops on one level. The tiled floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams bring back the classic Tuscan style, together with wooden furniture and typical elements.
The main entrance leads to the living room, complete with sofa (if necessary sofa bed), dining table, satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen.
A beautiful bricked arch leads to the bedroom, equipped with double bed and wardrobe. The house is completed by a bathroom with shower. A few meters from the house you will have a place used as a laundry for common use with the property's owner.
