Ada e Sabo is a historic residence located in the center of Cortona, an ancient village of Etruscan origins full of charm and history. We are on the third and top floor of the imposing Palazzo Passerini, one of the historic buildings that symbolize the city. We are in a privileged location, close to all the services and attractions of the city, a stone's throw from the main squares and streets, but at the same time the apartment is in an elevated position which gives it silence and extraordinary views over the town and the surrounding landscape.
The apartment is about 125 square meters, on 2 floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is characterized by an elegant and refined design, with great attention to detail and an eye to the conservation of the historical details of the structure. The frescoed walls, the original terracotta floors and the exposed wooden beams combine to create a refined and relaxing environment, ideal for both short and long stays.

Interior Description

Casa Ada e Sabo has two entrances, one from the small and characteristic Piazza Passerini and one from the internal condominium courtyard, where there is also a particular garden for common use.
Once inside the apartment you will find a bright living room composed of a sofa, Smart TV and a large dining table, the ideal and convivial meeting place at the end of the day. The kitchen is small and functional, complete with everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes.
Then we find the 4 double bedrooms, all with their own personality: the first is the "Room of the amphorae", a beautiful 19th-century neoclassical room decorated with scenes from the classical myth and overlooking the city. The second is the "Room of the bees" characterized by decorative panels embellished with a frame of stylized bees and two beautiful windows that offer two unforgettable points of view over the city and the landscape. The third is the "Garden Room" decorated with geometric and floral motifs and characterized by the view on the palace garden. On the same floor there are Two bathrooms with shower. The fourth bedroom is on the loft, it has a studio and a bathroom wtih bathtub.
