Villa Elena is perfect both for those who are looking for a secluded and quiet place, and want to easily reach the city of Cortona and the most beautiful cities in Tuscany and Umbria, as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Pienza, Orvieto, Assisi and many others. The property is completely fenced and it is set into a wonderful garden full of flowers and olive trees. The swimming pool area is perfectly sun exposed during all day, and it will become the perfect place where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days. The swimming pool is complete of deckchairs, sun umbrellas and a bathroom.
Villa Elena disposes of a beautiful and comfortable veranda: the outdoor part, with tables and chairs for your relax, and the other part is covered and equipped with a dining table and sofas. The veranda is linked to the kitchen, making the area very comfortable to cook and taste you dishes outside. It also has a dependance in front of the pool with a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with shower.
The villa is totally fenced and protected by an entrance gate, and it has also got a private parking.

Interior Description

Villa Elena can easily host up to 6 people, and it spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase. The Villa, recently renovated, has got modern and elegant settings. It is characterized by a beautiful parquet floor in all the house and valuable finishes. From the main door you can directly access to an entrance/hallway where, on your left, there is the first of the three bedrooms, a wide double bedroom complete with a beautiful and refined studio area, where there is a big library and a large sofa. Next to the bedroom there is a toilet. On the right of the entrance, there is the living area composes of a stone fireplace, sofa and armchairs, a big dining table and a Smart TV. From the living room you can directly access to the kitchen through a Saloon door. The kitchen is modern and spacious, fully equipped and provided with all necessary to cook your favourite dishes and it is connected directly to the outdoor veranda where you have wide spaces for relax and for eating at your disposal. From the veranda you can access to a room used as a laundry room, complete with washer and dryer.
Taking the stairs you reach the upper floor, there is a landing where you can find a bathroom complete with shower. Then there are two double bedrooms, both with double bed and complete with wardrobe, and in the end, a single bedroom from which you can access to a nice balcony. On the first floor, there is another bathroom complete with shower. In front of the pool there is a dependance with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Villa Maria Elena disposes of internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating (upon a fee), and mosquito nets. Pets allowed on request upon a fee.
