The apartment gives a breathtaking view on Val di Chiana from every window and it is the perfect combination between traditional Tuscan materials, like the terracotta floors and the wooden beams ceiling and modern, marked design materials, perfectly dropped into the property to offer the maximum comfort to its guests.

Interior Description

Getting into the apartment you can immediately find a small hallway that from one side leads you into the modern kitchen, completely equipped with all you need to prepare your favourite dishes, and from the other side you can access to the dining room complete of a big natural wooden dining table.
Going on from the dining room you can enter into the wide living room where you can have at your disposal two spacious and comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and armchairs. In the living room there is also a toilet. Going down a few steps you can access to the sleeping area, where there are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom with shower.
