Cortona is situated on the top of a gentle hillside from which it proudly dominates upon all Valdichiana valley and Trasimeno Lake, and it is famous all over the world for its historical and cultural heritage.
The Apartment Reale is on the second floor of Palazzo Vagnucci, ancient and historical medieval palace born from the union of old houses and prestigious apartments, set in the heart of the city along the main street. It is in the centre of social and cultural life of the city, near all the necessary services, but at the same time in a quiet area, where you can spend a holiday surrounded by the history and art that Cortona can offer. The apartment is decorated with precious and precious frescoes, that give an elegant and fine aspect to the property, combined with the refined and design furniture.

Interior Description

Apartment Reale can easily host up to 4 guests in a space of about 120 square meters. The property opens into a hallway where there is a modern light installation that will accompany you to the big open space living room characterized by a beautiful parquet, where you will have a modern steel fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living area with smart TV, sofa and armchairs. On the right, there is the first of the two bedrooms, a wonderful double suite full of wardrobe and connected to a wide bathroom complete with shower.
On the left of the living room there is the second double bedroom, complete with wardrobe, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has got amazing frescos and parquet floor.
Going up the stairs, Apartment Reale disposes also of a second smaller living room, where you will have a breathtaking view on Valdichiana and Cortona, thanks to two bright windows. In the loft there is a sofa, a cabinet with a refreshment tea and infusions point, and a stereo. The apartment has got also a laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
