Casa Novecento is located in the heart of the historic center of Cortona, an ancient city of Etruscan origin known internationally for its historical-architectural beauties and for its millenary history.
Novecento is a unique accommodation, halfway between an Art Nouveau villa and a city apartment, with characteristics and details of rare beauty that give it charm and particularity. It has recently been renovated using a skilful mix of techniques that have combined the traditional materials of Tuscan architecture with contemporary ideas and materials, thus creating environments full of comfort and design: the final result is an elegant home with an out-of-this-world personality.

Interior Description

Casa Novecento can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is divided over two levels for a total of approximately 150sqm. Entering from the entrance door, the house opens onto a beautiful bookcase framed by the stairs that lead to the first floor on the left and to the basement on the right.
The first floor features an extremely bright living area that overlooks the entire surrounding landscape, offering a breathtaking view of the beautiful Tuscan landscape while sitting comfortably on the sofa. Going out onto the beautiful terrace, the view extends over the valley and the city, with unforgettable views and colors! The living area is complete with sofa, dining table and Smart TV. Adjacent is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare your favorite dishes (combined electric/microwave oven, American coffee machine, wine cellar, toaster, kettle). The first floor is completed by a spacious double bedroom complete with wardrobe and private en suite bathroom with large shower equipped with chromotherapy.
Going downstairs we find two more bedrooms: the first is a bedroom with double bed (which can be divided into two single beds if necessary and upon request), wardrobe, safe and private en suite bathroom with shower. The second one is also a double bedroom complete with wardrobe and private en suite bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by an additional bathroom with toilet and laundry with washer/dryer.
Casa Novecento has air conditioning (for a fee) in all bedrooms and in the living room and free wi-fi internet connection. Baby bed on request. Animals are not allowed. Heating and air conditioning available for a fee. Mosquito nets on all windows. Alarm system. Hair dryer in each bathroom.
