A few steps from Cortona city walls, located on the north side of the hill, immersed in the green Tuscan olive groves, Villa Cristiana will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with the nature but at the same time it will allow you to be in a comfortable position close to the city and all the beauties of the surrounding area.
Villa Cristiana is an old Tuscan farmhouse renovated using local materials and traditional techniques. The villa is made up of 2 units, the main body and the outbuilding which can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. The property rests on the typical hilly terraces of the countryside and located in a position from where you will enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.

Interior Description

The garden in front of the main building features a large green area with trees with lush foliage to relax under their shade in the hottest summer months. The area is equipped with tables and outdoor furniture, a fenced infinity pool measuring 9 x 4 m (maximum depth 1.20 m), a solarium equipped with sun beds and deck chairs and a BBQ area with sink with running water. The property is surrounded by a fenced olive grove where you can take relaxing walks.
The property access is via a private road, the last 100 meters of which is dirt road. Villa Cristina is complete with private uncovered parking and the whole property is fenced and partially delimited by the characteristic drystone walls.
INTERIORS
Villa Cristiana is composed of 6 bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, 1 toilet, a living room and a kitchen, all divided in 3 distinct areas:
- ground floor main villa used as living area with open space entrance with dining room, fireplace, living area and adjoining large eat-in kitchen with well-equipped central peninsula and storage/mackerel area with direct access to the garden. The ground floor is completed by a toilet;
- first floor main villa sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one of which with direct access to the garden via an external historic stone staircase, a double bedroom with single beds, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower completely restored with valuable elements;
- dependence where the second sleeping area is located with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms that have just been renovated in a more modern style than the main building characterized by antique furnishings but skillfully restored to meet the Guests needs.
The villa is characterized by ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors, and it is complete with free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning (included) and heating (for a fee). Cot and high chair available on request. Pets allowed.
