In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in an ancient rural village, the Apartments Il Borghetto are the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy a holiday in contact with nature in a strategic position from which to discover the most beautiful villages in Tuscany and Umbria regions. A few steps away you will find the ancient Etruscan hamlet of Cortona, a small jewel example of good Tuscan living.
The accommodation consists of 3 apartments, all recently renovated, each of which has a private outdoor area complete with table and chairs to enjoy your dishes in the open air. A few steps from the apartments you will find the swimming pool area, fully equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and surrounded by a large park with large spaces and greenery. The swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, maximum height 2.40 meters, open from May to September) is perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day and will give you moments of relaxation and carefree. The area is shared with all the apartments but each unit has personal deck chairs and umbrellas at disposal.
Wi FI internet connection in all apartments. Car parking available. Pets allowed with extra charge. (MAX 1) Air conditioning and heating upon consumption.
It is also possible to rent more than 1 apartment together upon request.

Interior Description

Apartment Il Molino is located on the ground floor and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two entrances on the ground floor with direct access onto the garden: the first leads you to the living room with sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV at your disposal; the second one leads you directly to the large and fully equipped kitchen, complete with dining table. Both rooms (kitchen and living room) are internally connected. The ground floor is complete with a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A wooden staircase leads you to the first floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a small living room with a double sofa bed. The first floor is also provided with two bathrooms with showers.
Outside the living room, a beautiful stone loggia has a dining table to enjoy your open air dishes.
