The apartment is located on the ground floor of an ancient palace in Cortona and has recently been renovated with great skill and care to create a comfortable charming environment with nice finishes.
Interior Description
The apartment, of 50 square meters, is composed of a comfortable living room with sofa (convertible if necessary into a double sofa bed), dining table and TV, AC as well as a large fully equipped kitchenette.
From the living room you access the bedroom consisting of a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Completing the apartment is a comfortable entrance hall and a bathroom with shower, before which you will find a utility room with washing machine.
The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays, it is ideal for couples or families and will allow you to fully enjoy the historic center where you can get a taste of the sweet life of this beautiful part of Tuscany. Cortona is also a perfect starting point from which to explore the most beautiful cities of Umbria and Tuscany: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza and many others are all less than an hour's drive away, while Florence and Rome are easily reachable by train.

L'appartamento é bello, caratteristico e curato nei particolari, credo di recente ristrutturazione. Molto pulito e ordinato. In ottima posizione centrale e poco distante dai parcheggi. La zona è centrale, di conseguenza c'è un'altissima presenza di bar ristoranti e attività di ogni genere. La città si sveglia presto, ma a noi non ha dato nessun tipo di problema il rumore. Io riuscivo ad addormentarmi anche con la musica, quindi questo è un aspetto soggettivo che ognuno deve valutare in base alle proprie abitudini. Anche i rumori del mattino non inficiavano sul nostro sonno ????. Aria condizionata e ventilatore in ogni caso aiutano. Bagno bello, con doccia spaziosa e bidet! La cucina é ben attrezzata, piatti bicchieri pentole etc non sono contati come spesso accade, ce ne sono in abbondanza. Credo sia uno degli alloggi più pulito che ho trovato fino ad ora.

Absolutely perfect location for Cortona! Only down side is that because it’s centrally located, it’s very noisy at night and early morning. We tolerated it as we felt the location was most important to us.

I can imagine this apartment being a little noisy in high season but nothing that a pair of ear plugs couldn't deal with.
Great value for money given the location in Cortona and the standard of this apartment and the hospitality of the hosts (they organised for a taxi to meet us at Camucia station).

Beautiful flat, very clean and tidy located in the middle of the town near, 100 meters, from the main monuments. Before we arrive we received from Alice, the host, an e-mail with several useful information about the parking and the way to reach the flat. Alice, during the welcome, was very kind with her useful information about restaurants, things to do and trip near Cortona. Thanks a lot Alice.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! L'appartamento è una vera chicca, c'è persino una piccola lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. È tutto nuovo e ben distribuito. Ma il vantaggio principale è la posizione. Nella piazza dove è collocato c'è praticamente tutto: minimarket, frutteria, tabacchi, bar caffè e pasticceria dove fare colazione, i migliori ristoranti a due passi, varie enoteche per l'aperitivo...tutto lì. Noi che abbiamo utilizzato Cortona come base per girare un po' la Toscana, abbiamo apprezzato molto questi aspetti. Tornando nel pomeriggio dalle escursioni è stato molto rilassante trovarsi in quella posizione eccellente, anche i bambini hanno gradito molto! Infine ci tengo a sottolineare la cortesia delle proprietarie che non ci hanno fatto attendere un minuto per il check in e ci hanno fornito le informazioni su dove parcheggiare e dove cenare. Ottimo soggiorno sotto tutti i punti di vista!

Alice our host was wonderful from the time I booked the property.She sent for a taxi to the station when we arrived and eventhough it was already evening she was waiting for us.She gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do.The apartment is next to great restaurants.The next day there was a market at the square which we loved.She also booked a taxi to take us back to the station.The apartment is very comfortable. The room was lovely. It has everything that a couple would need. The foyer with the old stone walls was great. The shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Cortona is a very pretty and clean. For a casual atmosphere, good food, and craft beer, visit "Birrificio Cortonese"

La sistemazione è in un bellissimo edificio antico. È pulito, arredato con molto gusto. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di molti dettagli pratici e carini. La vista dalle finestre è su una strada trafficata - è incredibile guardare la vita quotidiana della città. Molto vicino a ristoranti, caffè, negozi e una bellissima piazza.
Il personale è molto gentile e premuroso.

Appartamenti ben arredato e pulitissimo, cucina con tutti gli utensili (inclusi forno, lavastoviglie e microonde) per chi volesse cucinare e mangiare in casa. Posizione ottima in pieno centro, con vista sulla piazza principale del paese. Per chi arriva a Cortona con i mezzi, occorre scendere alla stazione ferroviaria di Camucia e prendere uno dei bus che salgono al paese, i biglietti si possono acquistare a bordo o al bar accanto alla stazione. Poi occorre seguire le indicazioni su Google maps, poiché a seconda del bus preso il capolinea può essere in punti diversi, ma comunque si tratta sempre di 3-5 minuti a piedi. Staff gentilissimo, hanno preso contatto qualche settimana prima in modo da accordarci per tempo sull'orario di check in e ci siamo tenuti in contatto costante tramite Whatsapp.
