Villa Michelangelo is a completely independent and fully fenced villa that boasts of spacious and well cared outdoor space, an entrance gate and a private parking.
A rare feature of the area is the availability of 2 pools: the first one is a panoramic outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, minimum depth 1,20 meters, maximum depth 2,00 meters, fenced and protected by an entrance gate , open from May to September, pool towels included)complete with sun deck, sun beds and umbrellas and perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day. The second one is a beautiful internal heated pool complete with hot tub and sauna that is ideal during colder periods.
The villa also has an elegant veranda with glass sliding doors complete with table, chairs and air conditioning. The external area is complete with BBQ.

Interior Description

The interiors of Villa Michelangelo are spacious (800sqm) and bright and characterized by exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors that recall the traditional Tuscan style, well known all around the world. The villa has 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 18 people. Each room has air condition units. It develops on 3 floors and is internally connected through both stairs and a lift. The ground floor is composed of a convenient entrance and a spacious living room with fireplace, bar space and dining area. From the living area one has directly access to the professional modern fully equipped kitchen and the indoor heated pool. (3x5 meters, fix depth 1,10 meters) with counter-current swimming system and hydromassage, sauna and bathroom with shower. The wellness area has a weekly extra cost and needs to be reserved in advance. A double bedroom with private bathroom with ensuite shower, a laundry area (washer, dryer, iron and ironing board) and a service bathroom complete the ground floor. Reaching the first floor, you will find 2 beautiful suites each composed of a double bedroom, a living space with fireplace and private bathroom with hot tub. Always on the first floor you find other 5 double bedrooms with their private bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the mansard, you find a beautiful double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
