Villa La Marchesa is a magnificent "Leopoldina" style of the '700 located in the heart of the most real and authentic Tuscany, perched on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a unique view of some of the most famous towns such as the Etruscan Cortona, the medieval Montepulciano and Lucignano.
Thanks to its strategic location it will allow you to easily reach all the main centers of artistic and cultural interest of Tuscany: Siena, the Crete Senesi, the Val d'Orcia, the Chianti area, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Rome. The access to the A1 highway is 1 km away.
Villa La Marchesa has been expertly and carefully restored by the owners that have maintained the typical style of the old house, but at the same time, have given the house a modern twist that blends and softens the austere style that Leopoldine houses had in the past.
Villa La Marchesa is composed of a main building (the Leopoldina) and some annexes for a total capacity of 22 people. Immersed in a private park of over 1,500 square meters, with flowers, plants and areas for guests to relax. At your disposal there are two beautiful pools: the larger one (6 x 16 meters, maximum height 2,20 meters) has a gazebo close by where you can relax and enjoy Tuscan views; the other smaller pool (4 x 8 meters, maximum height 1.50 meters), has been designed to ensure privacy and relaxation. Both pools are equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.

Interior Description

The interiors of Villa La Marchesa are furnished with taste and elegance. The main building can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the beautiful professional kitchen and large living rooms full of history and charm, enhanced by beautiful vaulted ceilings and luxuriously furnished with antiques and precious details. On the first floor you will find 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms and a large living room with fireplace, full of light and views of the surrounding territory. The last room is located in the tower of the villa (formerly this part of Leopoldine was called "Colombaia") and is probably the most romantic of the entire building, with a breathtaking view over the valley.
