Villa Il Castagno is a large and beautiful country villa in the Tuscan countryside, set in a beautiful park surrounded by flowers and plants, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hectic pace of the city.
Restored preserving the original style, the house retains unique features, also keeping the typical old farmhouse together with elements of the rural history of this part of Tuscany.
The villa is divided into two floors, for a total of 12 sleeping possibilities, offering a ground floor apartment that sleeps up to 6 guests and an apartment on the first floor, also with a capacity of 6 guests.
Outside you will have plenty of space with tables and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open (BBQ available) and enjoy moments of absolute relax, immersed in the tranquility and scents of the Tuscan countryside.
At the end of the garden, not completely fenced, lies the swimming pool (6 x 12 m, fixed height 1.50 m), ideal for long swims and enjoying the sun, complete with loungers and parasols (completely fenced).

Interior Description

The interior of Villa Il Castagno is spacious and comfortable, ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy a holiday full of relaxation and privacy together.
The villa is testimony of the history of antique Tuscan farmhouses and preserved those elements that distinguished the architecture of days gone by: the wooden beams and old terracotta floors from that period are evidence, carefully preserved, of the old families who lived in the house.
The ground floor has its own entrance and consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with dining table and a beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
The sleeping area provides you with three large bedrooms, two doubles and one twin (convertible into double). Two are the bathrooms that complement the ground floor, one with bathtub and one with shower with hydro jets.
The external stone staircase leads to the first floor of the villa: here from the entrance you are in the living area, which is also equipped with a kitchen and dining table as well as living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
The sleeping area has three large double bedrooms, one twin room (convertible into double if required) and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The interiors have free wi fi connection.
The house does not have a washing machine but is offers laundry service on request.
