Villa Setteventi is a beautiful property immersed in the hills around Lucca among vineyards and olive trees within a 45 fully fenced hectares estate. It is only 10 minutes driving from the Lucca historic centre and only 5 minutes from the Florence-Mare motorway entrance which allows you to reach both Florence in only 40 minutes and the most well-known beaches of Versilia in 15 minutes. You can also reach the city of Pisa with a 15-minute drive.
Its position makes it the perfect place from which you can discover Tuscany and its beauties, enjoying your holiday in the spirit of nature yet the nearest beaches and the most beautiful cities of art.
The villa has been wisely currently restored according to the tradition and style of the Lucca area yet taking into account modernity to offer the guests the best comfort immersed in the silence of the nature.
The property is composed of different natural environments and offers landscapes of great charm and exclusive views over the entire plain of Lucca, from the Apennine mountains to the Serravalle Pistoiese in every season.
You will have at your disposal a swimming pool (3.50 x 8 meters, fixed height 1.30 meters, open from May to September) adjacent to the villa and protected by a safety gate to access it, complete with outdoor shower and deck chairs to enjoy the sun of the Tuscany. In the shade of the olive trees a gazebo and outdoor tables ideal for enjoying your dishes in the open air with the barbecue are at your disposal. The property is also the ideal place for those who love walking in the midst of nature.

Interior Description

The interiors of Villa Setteventi are spacious and bright, with beautiful windows which allow you to have comfortable exits directly onto the garden and bright rooms. The villa (210 square meters) is located on the hill thus each floor is to be considered as ground ones as it is also accessible from the outside.
Characterized by light and modern furnishings, the interiors are modern yet charming and extremely comfortable
On the ground floor you will find a large living room complete with sofas, satellite TV and dining table with direct exit to the terrace and the swimming pool. On this level you will also find the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your dishes and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you will find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom, which can be used as a veranda, if necessary. A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
In the basement there is a second bedroom with double bed complete with hallway and a bedroom with bunk beds. At this level you will also have a living room and a kitchenette.
