Interior Description

INTERIORS
Villa degli Archi has been recently renovated paying particular attention to the construction features aimed at eco-sustainability that allow it to meet the highest energy saving standards. It is composed of a 280 square meters area divided in two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people. From the parking lot you can easily reach the main entrance which connects two parts of the structure: on the left through a stone staircase you go up to the first floor, on the right you will find the first bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Going on you enter the living room, exquisitely furnished with sofas and armchairs and extremely bright thanks to the 2 French windows overlooking the garden. The living room leads to the closed loggia where we find the dining room characterized by large windows with a view. In this room we also find the kitchen, fully equipped and equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes, as well as a wood-burning oven. The ground floor is completed by a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor we find 3 double bedrooms finely furnished with objects of particular value and all with private en-suite bathroom with shower. V
