Villa Nobile is a traditional stone baglio, featuring a charming inner courtyard that has been thoughtfully arranged as an outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue — perfect for enjoying al fresco meals under the Sicilian sky. Pathways and stairways wind around the villa, creating the enchanting impression of a miniature village suspended in time. The swimming pool area, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, is set on a slightly lower level than the villa and framed by beautiful, typically Sicilian rural landscapes. This area includes a changing room, a bathroom with shower, an outdoor shower, and a welcoming gazebo — ideal for relaxing in the shade during the warmest hours of the day. Sleek metal sliding doors open onto a comfortable living room furnished with sofas and a Smart TV, alongside a quiet study — ideal for reading or working. From here, guests can access a bedroom with its own private bathroom with shower. From the entrance hall, a corridor leads to a modern, elegantly designed kitchen featuring a large window and a balcony. The kitchen connects to a minimalist dining room centered around a stunning glass table and offering access to a panoramic balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape. On particularly clear days, it is even possible to glimpse the outline of the Aeolian Islands in the distance. On the ground floor, there is also a second kitchen — a practical and inviting space, perfect for preparing a light snack or enjoying a refreshing drink. Ascending to the first floor from the main entrance, guests reach a charming gallery level enhanced by exposed wooden beams and furnished with sofas overlooking the entrance below.
