Villa Mora is a wonderful villa with private infinity-edge swimming pool located on the halfway between Modica, Ipsica and Rosolini, on the south-eastern side of Sicily. The villa is the perfect place both for those who are looking for a holiday under the sign of relax, and for those who would like to discover all the beauties that the amazing Sicily could offer to its guests. Infact it is ideal as base to explore the surroundings areas, and reach in a few minutes the main baroque cities of Val di Noto, as Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli and Noto, but also the stunning beaches of Pozzallo, of the wildlife reserve of Vendicari and Portopalo di Capo Passero. Villa Mora is set inside a vibrant and well-kept garden, characterized by a picturesque landscape composed by olive trees, carob trees and the typical dry-stone walls. Inside the garden there is the exclusive private infinity-edge swimming pool (5mt x 12mt, deep min 0,40mt - max 1,40mt), perfectly sun exposed, provided with sun decks, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower, where you can relax and refresh during the hottest Sicilian summer days. Near the swimming pool area there is also the barbecue area, fully equipped and provided with dining table and chairs, where you can cook and taste your favourite dishes outside. On the outdoor of the villa there is also a practical and comfortable veranda, that gives access directly to the living room – kitchen, provided with sofas and a little coffee table, perfect to rest after a long day.

Interior Description

Villa Mora can easily host up to 4 guests and it is disposed on just one level on the ground floor. From the veranda, through a beautiful and bright stained-glass window, you can directly access to the living room, complete with sofa and Tv, and to the kitchen fully equipped and complete with: dining table with chairs, oven, microwave oven, Espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and stove. The floor is, in the end, composed by a sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. For the guests, there is also another bathroom with shower, located on the outside of the villa.
Villa Mora disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating, baby chair, washer and iron.
