The property spreads over two levels and it can easily host up to 4 guests. The property is set on the second and third floor of a modern palace located on the promenade of Letojanni. On the first of the two levels there is the night area, composed by two double bedrooms both provided with en-suite bathroom complete with shower. One of the two bedroom is also complete with a lovely balcony sea view, provided with coffee table and chairs. Going up to the upper floor, you can access to the wonderful living room open space, composed by sofa, Tv and dining table. Inside the living room there is also the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: fridge, freezer, induction hob, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, oven, kettle, blender, dishwasher, ice machine and toaster. What makes the apartment unique is the wonderful terrace, to which you can access from the living room, through a wonderful and bright stained-glass window. The terrace is provided with sun decks, sun umbrella and of a beautiful jacuzzi bathtub (dimensions 1,60mtx2,20mt – deepth min 0,60mt – max 0,80mt), where you can relax enjoying a breathtaking view over the surrounding promenade. In the terrace there is also a dining table with chairs, perfect to taste you favourite dishes outside during the beautiful Sicilian sunsets.
