Villa Luce is a wonderful villa with private swimming pool on the boarders of the famous seaside town of Letojanni, few kilometres far from the beautiful Taormina. The property is the perfect place both for those who want to spend a holiday in the name of relax, and for those who would like to discover the beauties that the fascinating Sicily could offer to its visitors. The villa is located on a strategic position, and it can be used as base to explore the surrounding area in a few kilometres as the near beaches of Letojanni, Mazzarò and the Isola Bella, but also easily visit Catania and Siracusa, the small towns of Parco dell’Etna, the canyons of Alcantara and the seaside towns of Riviera dei Ciclopi. What makes the villa extraordinary is the breathtaking view over the bay of Taormina, that can be enjoyed both from the beautiful swimming pool and from the wide terraces. Villa Luce is set inside a vibrant and well-kept garden, rich of many varieties of local plants. In front of the villa there is the wonderful swimming pool (12mt x 5mt, fixed depth 1,60mt), perfectly sun exposed and provided with sun decks, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower, from which you can enjoy a stunning view over the surrounding bay, and relax yourself refreshing during the hottest summer days. Near the swimming pool there is also a practical and comfortable veranda, provided with dining table and chairs, perfect to taste your favourite dishes outside, cooked in the comfortable fully equipped barbecue area. Going up through the outdoor stairs, there is also a fitness area, provided with gym equipment.

Interior Description

Villa Luce can easily host up to 7 guests and it spread over two levels. The villa, fine and elegant, offers welcoming interiors, designed to give to the guests the maximum of comfort. From the veranda you can access, through a beautiful and bright stained-glass window, to the living room, where we find the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, stove, kettle, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine, mixer and electric hob. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Through a spiral staircase, that internally links the two levels you can access to the first floor, where there is the last double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Villa Luce disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer and iron.
