Thanks to its privileged location, Preziosa enjoys breathtaking views over the deep blue sea, creating an atmosphere of peace and serenity. The outdoor courtyard, thoughtfully designed, features a beautiful dining table perfect for al fresco meals and is enriched with traditional Sicilian touches, including an elegant fountain and brightly colored Mediterranean tiles. This area also boasts a relaxing plunge pool, ideal for cooling off while gazing at the sea. A charming staircase leads down to a quiet pebble beach, where guests can unwind on comfortable sun loungers by the shore. An external staircase from the courtyard also provides access to the first-floor bedrooms.

Interior Description

From the entrance, guests step into an elegant hallway filled with natural light streaming in through the French doors at the far end, which open onto the outdoor courtyard. Along this corridor are two tastefully furnished double bedrooms, each featuring its own private bathroom with shower. The hallway also leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen designed in shades of blue and brightened by large French doors opening to the outside. The kitchen connects seamlessly to a beautiful dining room with a wooden table and to a spacious, light-filled living area furnished with elegant sofas and offering lovely sea views. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, home to an exclusive wellness area complete with a jacuzzi, sauna, and chromotherapy shower. From here, guests can access a large furnished balcony overlooking the sea, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. On the same level, there are two additional double bedrooms with private bathrooms, accessible only from the courtyard via the external staircase. The final double bedroom is located on the second floor. Decorated with stunning tiles, it features a private bathroom and its own panoramic balcony with beautiful sea views.
