Cala Mancina is a wonderful villa located a few steps far from the sea, on the boarders of San Vito lo Capo, a place famous for its clean and crystal-clear water. The property is the ideal location for both who want to spend a holiday in the name of relax, but at the same time discover the beauties that the stunning Sicily could offer to travellers. Cala Mancina in fact is an excellent base as starting point to go hiking and visit famous location as the near wildlife reserve of Zingaro, the medieval town of Erice, the city centre of Trapani, the majestic temple of Segesta, the ancient saline of Trapani and Marsala, and the archipelago of Egadi. The villa is immersed inside the vibrant garden, carefully tended and rich of many varieties of plants. In the garden, there is the beautiful swimming pool (8 x 14 mt and with a depth from 1,50 mt to 2,50 mt), perfectly sun-exposed and provided with sundecks, outdoor shower, a comfortable gazebo and sun umbrellas, perfect place where you can relax and refresh yourself during the hottest summer days. In front of the villa there are also wide and panoramic terraces, equipped with a dining area with table and chairs, sofas and a comfortable barbecue area, where you can cook and taste your favourite meals outside in company of your friends and family.

Interior Description

The villa Cala Mancina is composed by a main villa that can easily host up to 4 guests and a dependence which can accommodate 2 guests, for a total of 6 beds. All the areas of the house have been wisely furnished and they are equipped with all comforts. The villa spread on just one level and it opens into a living area, where, on the right side there is the living room provided with 2 armchairs, a sofa, a beautiful ornamental fireplace and a TV. Going on, we enter inside the wide dining room with a big kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary and complete of: fridge and freezer, kettle, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, blender, dishwasher and toaster. There is also the sleeping area composed by a double bedroom, a second double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The dependence disposes of another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Cala Mancina disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating, iron and washer.
