Interior Description

Villa Domizia can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is set on two levels connected by an external staircase. The villa opens into a bright and welcoming open-plan living area featuring a sofa, TV, and dining table with chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, induction hob, American coffee machine, toaster and a high chair for children. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor, through the external staircase that links the levels, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower. Complete the first floor a small living area with a kitchenette and a terrace. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and outdoor shower surrounded by the peaceful Sicilian countryside. A covered veranda is furnished with an al fresco dining area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
