Here, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV, and DVD player create a welcoming atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding countryside. On one side of the living room, there are two bedrooms that share a modern bathroom with a shower; on the other side, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom offers comfort and privacy. Descending the internal staircase, you reach the living area on the lower floor, which features a second spacious lounge, a kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry room. The large French doors from the living room open directly onto a covered patio, furnished with a table and chairs for delightful al fresco lunches and dinners while enjoying the stunning views over the hills of Tuscany and Umbria.
