Villa Fibbiano is a jewel of architecture and design set in an enchanted naturalistic context on the top of a gentle hill from where you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape and the city of Volterra, one of the most precious and fascinating villages of Tuscany.
The villa is the result of a renovation in the name of innovation and tradition: it is composed of 3 units connected to each other whose the main body, which is the original rural-type residential stone accommodation, sets in the middle whilst the two units in the sides are characterized by minimal and modern lines and shapes.
Villa Fibbiano is surrounded by greenery and is immersed in a large fully fenced garden (about 8,000 square meters) designed to create a place where you can feel in harmony with nature, forgetting the frenzy of the everyday life. It has an outdoor living area for the lounge and a dining space complete with barbecue that connects directly to the kitchen.
Perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day, the beautiful infinity pool (7 x 14 meters - maximum height 1.60 meters, minimum height 0.80 meters - open during the whole year - heated on request with a surcharge) is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. A few steps away from there you find a wellness area with a Jacuzzi pool that will make you feel completely immersed into the atmosphere of this magnificent structure and the essence of the surrounding nature.
The outdoor living area deserves a special mention as it becomes surreal, almost magical thanks to the lights of the day, the colors of the sky and the sunset on the towers of Volterra.

INTERIORS
With particular attention to include the historical style of the structure with more modern lines and design, Villa Fibbiano has been designed with an innovative style, aimed at achieving the right combination between the contemporary and the rural features. The villa is spacious (250 square meters), can accommodate up to 6 people and is characterized by an incredible brightness thanks to the large windows that allow you to enjoy incredible views of the surrounding landscape.
The living area is the vital center of the accommodation: conceived with an open concept of spaces, it is composed of a panoramic dining room equipped with a glass window aimed at creating an effect of continuity with the garden thanks to the view of the swimming pool. The dining room connects directly to the living room, furnished with a large sofa, satellite TV, a modern fireplace and the open kitchen, extremely elegant and built with quality materials, equipped with a peninsula and fully equipped with everything needed to create your favorite recipes.
The sleeping area of Villa Fibbiano consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower. The first two bedrooms are on the ground floor and directly overlooking the garden, while the third is a large suite located on the first floor with a splendid view of the landscape. The suite also has a private living room on the ground floor.
The villa is completed by a guest bathroom, a room used as a fitness area and a working desk equipped with office elements (fax, photocopier, desk).
Villa Fibbiano has air conditioning in all rooms, heating and free wi fi internet connection included in the price.
Three mid-week cleaning on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and towels change are also included for guests.
