Villa Torreone it’s a stately home of the past renovated and enlarged several times during the years. The oldest part is dated back to the 18th century.
Entirely fenced, the property access is from the entrance gate after a few meters of the white road.

Innenbeschreibung

The interiors are surely the strength point of the villa, they are characterized by antique-style furnishings with fine furniture, antique objects and large spaces which are designed for Guests comfort and privacy.
The villa is arranged on 2 floors, the living area entirely occupies the ground floor while the first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area.
Entering from the main door you will find the kitchen-dining area on the right, a study and living rooms on the left and the sleeping area on the upper floor.
The kitchen is very large and super-equipped with a working fireplace, a breakfast table and direct access to the garden. The dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
In the other wing of the villa you will find a study with the exposition of the property's private wine collection, the first living room with direct entrance from the garden, 2 sofas and central game table, the second living room with sofas and TV with direct exit to the pool-area .
The sleeping area is on the first floor where there is a bathroom only for services and one master bedroom with private study and en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The bathrooms have all been recently renovated and the bedrooms are equipped with Air Conditioning.
