Villa Montane

Villa Montane consists of the union of La Montana and La Montanina (also rented separately), two typical stone houses one next or one above the other if you will, immersed among green hills that surround the city of Cortona, famous Etruscan and medieval town, a few kilometers away. Villa Montane is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday among family or friends, enjoying the calm and the beauties that this area has to offer offer. The villa is placed in a perfect location for those who are looking for a quiet and secluded place, and for those who want to easily reach the city of Cortona in a few minutes.
Villa Montane can host up to ten guests and it has a big garden that surrounds both units. Together both properties offer a BBQ area with a veranda equipped with a dining table and a gazebo, ideal for al fresco dining.
Of course the Villa Montane boasts of two private swimming pools both fenced and protected by an entrance gate. One measures 10x5 meters, maximum depth 2,45 mt and the other one 8x4mt, height 140 cm complete with an outdoor shower, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, where you can spend the hottest days refreshing and relaxing. From the pool area you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the hills and the valley whilst children can enjoy themselves on the playground.
Villa Montane has private parking and a laundry room with washer, iron and ironing board.

Innenbeschreibung

Villa Montane is composed of 2 separate units of which one consists of of two levels connected by an internal stairway while the other one develops on the ground floor only. Both main entrance lead into an open space living room, furnished in typical Tuscan style, provided with a big dining table, TV, fireplace, sofa and two armchairs. Going on, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
LA MONTANA: next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower. From the living room you the first floor through an internal stairway, where there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the first floor you have access to the outdoor veranda, from which you can admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
LA MONTANINA: always on the ground floor is the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Both units offer free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pet allowed on request.
