In an elevated position, in a landscape full of olive groves, vines, wheat fields, sunflowers and Mediterranean woods sets Villa Celli, a beautiful property that will be the ideal place to spend a holiday in the spirit of comfort and Tuscan beauties. Located on the lines among Pisa, Florence and Siena, it is not far from the gorgeous villages of Volterra and S. Gimignano and from many other enchanting Tuscan villages, all reachable doing comfortable and interesting day trips.
The property is more precisely in the municipality of Peccioli (8 km), which this year won the important qualification of "Borgo dei Borghi 2024", (most beautiful village in Italy).
The starred chef Cannavacciuolo has opened a restaurant called "Laqua Vineyard", located in the wine city, Terricciola (just 15 km away).
The villa, totally private and reserved for your use, is surrounded by a large 5000 square meters entirely fenced with electro-pasture and hedge garden. Inside the park you will have a large swimming pool perfectly exposed to the sun during the day at your disposal (20 meters x 8 meters with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters, completely fenced) with a hydromassage and a 40 cm deep water space, ideal for your children. The pool area is complete with a solarium with deck chairs and sun decks. A pergola, free on three sides, used as a dining area and complete with barbecue will be your favorite place to enjoy excellent al fresco dinings. The villa also has a gazebo furnished with outdoor sofas and armchairs for those who prefer to spend moments of relaxation in the shade. Private parking available.
