The name of the villa comes from the cultivation of hazelnuts, that is produced in one part of the green area that surrounds the property. In front of the villa there is the swimming pool (10mtx5mt with fixed depth of 140 mt), perfectly sun-exposed and complete with sun decks, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, perfect to relax and refresh during the hottest summer days. The outside of the villa is completed by a comfortable and practical barbecue area, complete also of a veranda with dining table with chairs, where you can cook and taste your favourite dishes outside in company of your friends and family. INTERIORS
Villa il Noccioleto can easily host up to 12 guests, and it spreads on two levels. On the ground floor, the villa opens into a wide dining room provided with dining table with chairs. On the right of the dining room, there is the living room composed by three sofas, a beautiful fireplace and tv. Going further the dining room, you have the access to the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: stove, fridge and freezer, toaster, blender, oven, Espresso coffee machine, dishwasher. The ground floor is completed by three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a toilet. Going up through a stair that internally links the two levels, you access to the first floor where there is, a living room composed by a sofa-bed, another sofa and a tv, two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with single beds with en-suite bathroom.
