La Terrazza Cortonese ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung im historischen Zentrum der antiken Stadt Cortona, einem charmanten und wunderschönen Dorf, das seinen Ursprung in der antiken etruskischen Zivilisation hat, von der wir heute in der ganzen Stadt Beweise finden. Cortona liegt auf einem Hügel, von dem aus es stolz die gesamte Valdichiana und den Trasimenischen See dominiert.
La Terrazza Cortonese befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines alten Gebäudes, das aus der Vereinigung alter Luxushäuser und -wohnungen hervorgegangen ist. Wir befinden uns im Herzen der Altstadt von Cortona, dem Zentrum des sozialen und kulturellen Lebens und nur einen Schritt von allen Dienstleistungen entfernt, aber gleichzeitig in einer friedlichen und ruhigen Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung verdankt ihren Namen der schönen 44 m² großen Terrasse, von der aus Sie einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft genießen, im Freien speisen und einfach einige entspannende Momente verbringen können. Diese schöne Terrasse ist das ganze Jahr über perfekt und romantisch und eine kleine Ecke des Paradieses im Stadtzentrum. Sie ist auch mit einem Tisch im Freien und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet.
Innenbeschreibung
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig (136 Quadratmeter) und mit hochwertigen Materialien und Details ausgestattet, die sie einzigartig machen. Sie verfügt über ein großes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Sofa, Sat-TV und Esstisch. Von der Lounge aus haben Sie Zugang zur Terrasse und zur Küche, die ebenfalls sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet sind, was Sie für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten oder die Begrüßung eines Küchenchefs benötigen, der exklusiv für Sie kocht. Die Küche ist mit einem Esstisch und einem Kamin (als Grill) ausgestattet. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch die Küche weiter neben den Schlafzimmern haben Fenster mit Blick auf das Tal, die die Atmosphäre erhellen und Ihnen einen atemberaubenden Blick bieten. Der Schlafbereich besteht aus einem Doppelzimmer und einem Zweibettzimmer (bei Bedarf in ein Doppelzimmer umwandelbar), die beide durch Holzbalken und Holzböden aufgewertet werden und Ihnen ein Gefühl von Gelassenheit und familiärer Wärme vermitteln. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, beide mit Duschen. Die Wohnung wird durch ein kleines Studio mit Blick auf den Schlafbereich vervollständigt.

Wonderful property. Quiet, comfortable with a view that you just have to see. The terrace is something special. The location is unmatched in Cortona. When you leave the building you are in the middle of the shopping/dining area. Excellent communication with the AF Travel. When we had difficulty finding a taxi to take us to the train station, Alen hooked us up! Thank you so much.

This was our second visit in less than a year to this fantastic apartment in Cortona. The apartment is centrally located, has an amazing terrace with commanding views of Lake Trasimeno and the Chiana Valley and is really, really comfortable. Alice, Angela and the Rent in Tuscany crew go out of their way to make sure your arrival is comfortable and that all of your questions are answered - and can offer great suggestions on things to do in Cortona and the surrounding area. We will return to Cortona Charme each and every time we visit Tuscany - and hope to do so often. One pro tip - it is a walk up with serious stairs, so if mobility is an issue this may not be the unit for you.

You guys were wonderful. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. We enjoyed all of our time with Francesco and learned a great deal about the area. Appreciate all the efforts on the AC and thanks for taking care of our last meal. That was very kind of you. We really enjoyed the food and people at Il Cacciatore and I'm pretty sure came close to sampling everything on the menu. We will recommend all of our friends make a trip to Cortona. It was a great vacation for Heidi and I will remember it fondly for years and hopefully will make it back again. Thanks for helping to arrange all of our activities which were wonderful.

We had an amazing week at La Terrazzo Cortonese. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and had outstanding views of the Tuscan countryside. Kirsten was very helpful both before and during our stay. She arranged for day trips, wine tastings, cooking classes and dinner reservations. We would definitely use Rent in Tuscany in the future.

This is my 3rd time staying in this beautiful apartment and it will certainly not be my last! The apartment is spacious but warm and welcoming. The terrazza is AMAZING! We spend every morning and evening looking over the beautiful Valdichiana and taking in the sights and sounds of Cortona. Alice and her team have been perfect in every aspect of the rental process. This is the best apartment in Italy. The veranda overlooking the valley is spectacular. Added to that is the fact that the apartment is in the center of Cortona yet when one is in the apartment one feels like she is in a villa in Tuscany.

This is probably one of the very best locations to stay in the whole of Cortona. Splendid views over the countryside surrounding Cortona, from an excellent terrazza. It is in the main street of Cortona, with all the pleasure this can provide (cappuccino 5 meters from our house entrance, excellent restaurants very closeby). As the house is orientated towards the valley, this is also a very quite place. Furniture and equipment is good, appartment is clean. We love Cortona (this is our 5th time, 1st time in this house) and we will certainly comeback to this appartment.

My wife and I, and my in-laws shared this incredible suite for 3 weeks during the Fall of 2018. We've visited Cortona many times before and stayed in many different accommodations, but this is our absolute favorite.
The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with nice appliances, and plenty of cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. And the terrace is absolutely amazing. It's an excellent space for entertaining or relaxing.
We're hoping to make this our regular rental whenever we visit Cortona.

This apartment made my trip to Italia so easy. Situated in the middle of Cortona on the main “street,” it gave us easy access to all Cortona has to offer (with few stairs!). Perfect for our group of four - from the well-appointed kitchen to the stunning views from the terrace. Free parking at the base of the hill was a bonus. It was very hot during our trip so the air conditioning made sleeping a “breeze!” I would return and enjoy again in a heartbeat. Grazie mille!

What did we love more? Cortona or our amazing apartment? It’s a tie! The apartment was perfect for us - starting with a stunning view from the terrace to a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and all the amenities. We thought Cortona was going to be our home base for numerous day trips, which we did, but we found exploring and enjoying Cortona kept us at “home” several days. Beautiful, beautiful Cortona.

Der Blick von der Terrasse war besonders schön! Die Buchung, Korrespondenz, Schlüsselübergabe, usw. waren unkompliziert und die Agentur super freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

En trevlig lägenhet, stor och rymligt. Två rejäla sovrum med bra bäddar. Köket var väl försett med tallrikar, glas, bestick och kokkärl m.m. Särskilt det stora badrummet motsvarar mer än väl våra krav. Framförallt är den stora terrassen med sin fantastiska utsikt den stora behållningen. Lägenheten ligger bra belägen i Cortona, även om det kan vara jobbigt för en gammal människa att ta sig upp från parkeringen till Via Nazionale eller upp för trapporna till lägenheten. Men det är det pris man får ta för att ha detta läge och denna utsikt. Vi är mycket nöjda.

I stayed at Cortona Charme for 9 nights this April and I can not say enough about the owner and her gorgeous apartment. She was very attentive from the beginning of our reservation process to the end of our stay. She was consistently available to answer any questions we had. She even brought us firewood on a cold rainy night simply because I had asked if the fireplace was working :)
The apartment is a beautifully restored rustic space with all the modern conveniences you could need. The enormous terrace overlooking the Valdichiana is just breathtaking! I could have stayed out there all day and night. The location is perfect for exploring Cortona, right in the center of everything yet tucked away in a historic building with the patio in the back so you feel like you're truly away from it all!
