Beschreibung
Nur wenige Kilometer von der antiken etruskischen Stadt Cortona entfernt, in einer flachen und leicht zugänglichen Lage, ist Casa I Pini der perfekte Ort für alle, die einen Urlaub in der Toskana in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten verbringen möchten. Das Haus ist Teil einer alten Leopoldina, einem typischen Gebäude dieser Gegend, der Val di Chiana, und stammt aus dem Jahr 1700. Dank einer sorgfältigen Restaurierung, die den typischen Stil der Struktur bewahren sollte, haben die Eigentümer eine einladende Umgebung geschaffen , die gemütlich und voller Charme ist und mit einem großen Außenbereich und einer durchdachten Einrichtung mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten.
Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Hauptgebäude und einem Nebengebäude und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, 6 in dem Haupthaus (180 m²) und 2 im Nebengebäude (50 m²). Draußen stehen Ihnen ein schöner Pavillon und ein gemütlicher Steingrill zur Verfügung, ideal für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien. Der Poolbereich ist besonders schön und weitläufig und ist mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und einer Außendusche ausgestattet. Der Pool, der den ganzen Tag über dem Sonnentor ausgesetzt ist (4 x 8 Meter, Tiefe 1,20 Meter - geöffnet vom 15. April bis 30. September), verfügt über ein Zugangstor und ist komplett umzäunt. Das Grundstück ist vollständig abgegrenzt und somit eine ideale Unterkunft für alle, die gerne mit ihren Haustieren reisen. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Free WI FI.
Innenbeschreibung
Casa I Pini verfügt über ein geräumiges und komfortables Interieur. Das Hauptgebäude hat im Erdgeschoss zwei Eingänge. Der erste Zugang führt Sie direkt in die geräumige Küche mit Esstisch. Die Lage der Küche ist sehr praktisch, um den Aussenbereich mit Grill zu erreichen. Auf der linken Seite der Küche befindet sich ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Sat-TV und DVD. Auf der rechten Seite gelangen Sie zu einem zweiten Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und Kamin. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine vervollständigt die Ebene. Das Wohnzimmer führt über eine Innentreppe zum Schlafbereich im ersten Stock, wo sich ein sehr geräumiges Dreibettzimmer mit einem Doppel- und einem Einzelbett befindet. Des Weiteren stehen Ihnen ein zweites Doppelzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche zur Verfügung. Das letzte Zimmer ist immer ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche.
Vor der Villa liegt der charmante und komfortable Anbau. Er verteilt sich nur im Erdgeschoss und besteht aus einer Küche mit Esstisch, Kamin und Sitzbereich sowie einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad mit Dusche.

Magnifique maison très bien équipée dans un environnement calme très verdoyant permettant le repos et la détente. Le coin piscine entièrement clos est extrêmement agréable et équipé d’autant de chaises longues que de nombre de résidents.
Le tout à proximité de tous commerces (moins de 10mn du centre commercial).

Over all, we had a great time here!
The owner himself came the first day and invited us to take as much as we can the Vegetables and Fruits from the garden and two days later we had fresh eggs on the table in the morning.
The house is beautiful and has everything what we needed, the Terrasse (our loving place) was great to read, drink, eat and whatever during the day until the night.
The pool was great and absolutely necessary :-)

Un gruppo di noi con bambini piccoli (4 adulti, 3 bambini piccoli) ha soggiornato in questa casa a metà ottobre 2019 e non possiamo assolutamente consigliarlo di più! È stato fantastico dall'inizio alla fine! Le tre camere sono tutte molto grandi e ci sono 3 bagni completi, il che era perfetto. (due bagni al piano superiore, uno al piano terra). È stata fornita una culla (hanno offerto di più ma ne avevamo solo bisogno) che era pulita e perfetta per il nostro bambino di 3 anni. Ampie quantità di acqua calda ogni giorno e nessun problema con nessuno degli elettrodomestici. Ci sono due soggiorni che sono stati fantastici per noi dato che ne abbiamo usato uno come sala giochi per i bambini. Ottimo Wi-Fi! anche i giardini sono completamente recintati e sicuri, il che era perfetto per i bambini. C'è una bella area salotto all'aperto per cenare e una piccola piscina (che è recintata). I proprietari sono fantastici e sono venuti ogni giorno per innaffiare le piante, giocare con i bambini che adoravano e hanno anche lasciato cadere delle prelibatezze quotidiane per noi come uova fresche di fattoria, marmellate fatte in casa e persino una torta! La casa si trova a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Camucia (e tanti negozi/ristoranti) ea 10/15 minuti dalla bella Cortona. 10/10 consiglierei questa casa a famiglie o gruppi!

We had an amazing week staying at the fantastic Casa I Pini! The villa was clean, very nicely decorated with good quality furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we also loved the outdoor barbeque. The property was so idyllic with nice seating areas, a great pool and lots of flowers and fruittrees. The location close to charming Cortona is perfect to explore central parts of Tuscany, lying close to Siena, Montepulciano, Lago Trasimeno, Florence and more. It is also not that far from the costline of Tuscany if you have a car and fancy a daytrip to the ocean. The lady who manage the rental was very friendly and helpful in every way, and available for us throughout the whole stay. The owners of the house were so friendly and went to great lengths to make us feel welcome - so appreciated! When we arrived they even greeted us with wine and homemade cookies - what a treat! Their friendliness made the whole experience truly amazing! We had a absolutely lovely stay at the Casa I Pini and would go back in a second if we could. Highly

We loved our month at the Casa I Pini. The location is perfect - we loved being so close to Cortona and Camucia. We were able to see so much of Tuscany and beyond from this central location. The women who manage the rental are easily accessible and eager to fill any need. The couple who owns the home take such good care of it and will be there at the drop of a hat if you have a problem. The home is clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is really nice. A lot of airbnb's we have spent time in have junky furniture and kitchen supplies - not here, everything is incredible quality. The gas stove was so nice to cook on! We loved the pool and the outdoor grill as well. They were so accommodating of our children and even got us a second crib and high chair when some friends were visiting. We definitely would come back in a heartbeat - you really can't beat the location and amazing people
