Casa Castelli is a beautiful apartment with private courtyard located in the city centre of Cortona, medieval town of Etruscan origins, famous all over the world for its historical and artistic beauties. The house is set on the first floor of a typical palace of Cortona but, going inside the property, you will be immersed in décor that combines modern design with the more classic style typical of Tuscan homes, to give the guests the maximum of the comfort. The colour scheme, the furniture and materials, creates a harmonious space full of charm. The private courtyard completes the picture and offers a place where you can enjoy a typical local meal accompanied by a good wine.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Casa Castelli spreads over just one level and it can easily host up to 4 guests. From the entrance door, you will find a spacious hall with a sofa and desk. To the left of the entrance and then through the door on the right there's a bathroom. Straight ahead on the right you'll find the living room provided with Smart TV, dining table and sofa. On the left of the living room there is the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: kettle, Italian moka, American coffee machine, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen you can access through the door window to the charming private courtyard provided with dining table and chairs. From the courtyard you can access the laundry room where you'll find a washing machine and a dryer at your complete disposal. From the living room you can reach,through a few steps, the two bedrooms. The first one on the left has a classic charm that perfectly embodies the traditional Tuscan style. The second bedroom showcases a classic design that harmonizes beautifully with modern touches. It also boasts a large en-suite bathroom equipped with both shower and a jacuzzi. Casa Castelli is complete with free Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning. Pets allowed only on request.
