Villa delle Rose is in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by greenery of the Tuscan landscape, only 3 km far from the ancient city of Cortona, town of Etruscan origin full of history and charm. Its raised location gives to the guest amazing views of the valley and of the surrounding landscape, accompanied by scents, colours and sounds of this rich and vibrant countryside. The most beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian cities are all easily reachable with some daily trips with car or train. The villa is recently renovated and it is built inside a beautiful garden of about 3.500 square meters (completely enclosed and protected by a gate) rich of white roses, lavender, rosemary, lilium, peonies, jasmines and olive trees: a picturesque rural atmosphere that makes Villa delle Rose a perfect shelter far from the chaos and bustle of city life. Born as a farm estate, the property has the typical exposed stone and it has kept the typical Tuscan country house charm and features. Outside the house stands on the traditional and natural terraces that distinguish the hilly structures: entering from the entrance path there is the parking area and an annexed with the laundry area. Going up to the level of the house, you will have at your disposal an outdoor dining area, a relaxing area and all the accesses to the villa. On the left of the property there is the swimming pool area (open from 26th of April to 01st November, minimum depth 1,10 mt, maximum depth 2,10 mt, measures 5,5 x 12 mt): perfectly exposed to the sun during the day, and it is set in a panoramic position with wonderful glimpses of the surrounding landscape with a solarium area with deckchairs and sun umbrellas. It disposes also of an outdoor shower.

Innenbeschreibung

Villa delle Rose develops on two levels (about 250 square meter in total) and it can easily host up to 8 guests. You could access inside the villa with the main entrance on the ground floor, that guides you directly to the living area, where a beautiful Tuscan style living room, with a big fire place, Smart TV and a comfortable sofa will welcome you. On the ground floor there is also the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite dishes and complete with a separate dining room, that disposes of an amazing stained-glass window from which you can admire the view on the surrounding hills, while you are eating your favourite dishes. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is reachable both from and internal stair and from a beautiful outdoor stone one that leads you to an hallway with a studio corner that gives you a panoramic view on the surrounding area. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with single beds, which can be double on request, provided also of a bathroom with shower. From the hallway you could access with a staircase to the small tower of the villa where there is the last bedroom composed of two single beds and provided with a toilet.
Villa delle Rose disposes of free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and mosquito nets both in the bedroom and in the bathrooms. Pets allowed on request with a surcharge (max 2). Air conditioning and heating with a weekly flat rate.
