La Montana

Villa la Montana is a typical stone house immersed among green hills that surround the city of Cortona, famous Etruscan and medieval town, a few kilometres far away. Villa la Montana is the perfect place to spend a holiday relaxing yourselves, enjoying the calm and the beauties that this area can offer. The villa can host up to six guests and it has got a wide garden that surrounds the house. Inside the garden there is the BBQ area with a veranda equipped with a dining table, ideal for tasting a delicious meal outside. Above the BBQ area there is the beautiful private swimming pool (fenced and protected by an entrance gate (measures 10x5 meters, maximum depth 2,45 mt), complete with deckchairs and sun umbrellas, where you can spend the hottest days refreshing and relaxing. By the pool there is a gazebo equipped with a dining table, perfect for enjoying your evenings under the moonlight, or refreshing under the shadow in the hottest days. From the pool zone you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the hills and the valley.
Villa la Montana has a private parking and a laundry room with washer, iron and ironing board.

INTERIORS
The villa is composed by two levels connected with an internal stairway. The Villa main entrance leads you into an open space living room, furnished in a typical Tuscan style, provided with a wide dining table, TV, fireplace, a sofa and two armchairs. Going on, you can find a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favourite dishes. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access to the first floor, through an internal stairway, where there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the first floor you have the access to the outdoor veranda, from which you can admire the breathtaking view on the surrounding hills.
Villa la Montana disposes of Wi-Fi free connection, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets allowed.
