Architects House is a beautiful property with garden located in the oldest and highest part of ​​Cortona, called "Poggio" by the locals. The Architects House is the result of a project by a well-known American architect who played with the historical elements of the house by fusing them with cutting-edge interior design, making superb use of space and light. The ground floor of The Architects House is dedicated to conviviality: you get into the house through a hallway with wardrobe which leads you to a sitting room with armchairs and stove and then continues into the kitchen area: here we find a dining table and a large modern kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. A beautiful French window allows you to access easily from the kitchen to the outdoor garden.
On the first floor we find the first bedroom composed of a double bed and equipped with a private bathroom with a large shower. From the bedroom window, the view of the ancient church of San Niccolò deserves a mention. On the second floor we find the second bedroom, also with a double bed and a private bathroom complete with a large shower. On this floor we also find a living room with sofas, Smart TV and a hallway with an armchair and skylight. From the second floor you can enjoy a particular point of view of the surrounding area and the historic buildings of the neighborhood.
In this house everything has been studied in detail and it is characterized by beauty and comfort, in a perfect mix of ancient and modern designs that blend together and create an environment with a unique personality.
