Casa del Borgo is a delicious apartment located inside the walls of Cortona, an ancient medieval town of Etruscan origins rich of charm and history. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. The peculiarity of the property is in the mix between old and new: it has recently been restored maintaining as much as possible the original architectural features with ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors but at the same time it has been furnished with colorful and modern details to create a pleasant, relaxing and functional atmosphere. The environment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Tuscany.

Casa del Borgo is located on the first floor and develops entirely on this level (45 mq). Entering you have the living area equipped with with sofa, Smart TV, dining table, fireplace and windows overlooking the roofs of Cortona as well as a kitchenette complete with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
The living area leads directly to the bedroom consisting of a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom is completed by a private bathroom with shower.
Casa del Borgo has free WI-FI internet connection and a washing machine. Heating and air conditioning for a fee. Pets allowed with extra charge. Windows with mosquito nets.
