Casa San Valentino is located in Cortona, a few steps from the historic center but at the same time in a secluded and quiet area where you can enjoy a beautiful glimpse of the valley below.
San Valentino is a very recent and well-kept property renovated by the owners, two well-known architects who have been able to masterfully combine the comforts of modern life and the charm of the Tuscan and Renaissance style. Every detail has been studied in detail with the specific intention to give guests an unforgettable stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people (50 m2) in a double bedroom and double sofa bed.
Casa San Valentino has an independent private entrance and it is situated over one level on the ground floor. Entering the apartment we have a large and bright open space consisting of a living area with Smart TV and sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed if required) and a modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. The dining table completes the living area.
From the living area you go to the charming double bedroom, full of precious details, including built-in wardrobes and chairs. Finally, from the bedroom you reach the bathroom, a space which, in addition to the services, has been specially designed for relax thanks to the beautiful infrared sauna, chromotherapy, music and a small corner with a selection of herbal teas and aromas. The shower is large and equipped with a seat. Sauna, herbal tea room and shower are unique spaces that will give you an intimate and relaxing moment.
Casa San Valentino has air conditioning and heating in all rooms and free wi-fi internet connection. Equipped with washing machine high chair and baby cot on request. Free parking nearby.
The position of this property makes it ideal for those who like to fully experience the historic center of the city but at the same time to be able to leave comfortably discovering the most beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian places which, are all easily accessible with beautiful day trips thanks to the central position of Cortona and the property.
