Immersed in the green Tuscan landscape, in the surroundings of the beautiful Etruscan hamlet of Cortona, in the heart of central Italy between the Tuscany and Umbria regions, we find Villa Adelfa, a dominant, luxurious and charming property that will offer you an unforgettable stay.
The villa which has been recently renovated is located in a large garden (3,000 sqm) rich in various species of flowers and plants and spacious carefully detailed outdoor areas. The villa develops into two terraces: on the upper level we find the main villa which has 6 beds (3 bedrooms) whilst on the lower level, we find the swimming pool area and an annex where you will have 2 additional beds. (1 sofa bed).
The swimming pool (4x8 meters, minimum height 1.20 meters - maximum 1.65 meters, open from May 1st to September 30th, heated by solar collectors) is perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day and is complete with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower and wooden gazebo with table and chairs. The 4-sides-infinity swimming pool is ionized with the salt system and boasts of a spectacular overlooking view of the valley.
The property is fenced and has an entrance with an electric gate and a covered car park.
Comfortable paths run through the garden and create suggestive corners where you can enjoy incredible views and relax by reading a book or tasting an excellent local wine.
Its position makes it the ideal place from which you can discover the most beautiful cities of the Tuscan and Umbria regions such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Perugia, Assisi, Pienza, Florence and many others, all reachable in less than an hour driving or by train.
Villa Adelfa has a barbecue (both coal and wood are included in the rental price) and an outdoor dining table to enjoy your dishes in the open air in front of an incomparable panoramic view.

Innenbeschreibung

The interiors of Villa Adelfa are designed in the name of a beautiful mix between the classic Tuscan style and the modern elements. Each room is furnished with quality furniture and presents spaces rich in details and fine finishes.
The main villa (200 sqm) develops into two levels connected through a beautiful internal staircase and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms).
It is accessed from the ground floor on a living room complete with sofas, stone fireplace, satellite TV and wine cellar. The living room leads to the dining room and the kitchen, designed to give you space and everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Living room, dining room and kitchen all have the exit directly both onto the garden and the porch where you will find a nice dining table. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with services only and a dressing room.
Going up the stairs you reach the first floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed) and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a double, if necessary. Two bathrooms with showers complete the first floor.
Crossing the garden and arriving at the pool area you will find the annex consisting of a beautiful open space area where you will find a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table a stove and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower completes the annex.
Villa Adelfa has free wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning (included in the price and only in the bedrooms). High chair and cot on request. Mosquito nets in all bedrooms and in the annex. A welcome basket with local products and the mid-week cleaning service are included.
