Villa Margherita

Villa Margherita is a wonderful property  immersed in greenery and tranquility of the Tuscan hills. The villa is located inside a big landed property of about 1606,18 acre that rises on a hill full of olive and wine yards. The property is 10 km far from the sea, in the most internal part of the famous Costa degli Etruschi. Inside the property there are, in addition to Villa Margherita, other country houses, all independent and separated one from the other. These properties were used once by farmers as houses, nowadays these properties are used for tourist reception.

The villa can easily host up to 8 guests and it has got a wide garden, that completely surrounds the villa, and an outdoor veranda complete with a dining table and a barbecue, that represents the perfect place for your vacation days. In front of the villa there is the gorgeous panoramic swimming pool (measures 10x5 mt, depth 1,50 mt), full of outdoor shower, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing moments surrounded by the Tuscan hills. On the side of the pool there is a gazebo with a dining table ideal to spend your evening under the moonlight by the pool, or to refresh yourselves under the shadow during the warmest days.

INTERIORS
The villa is composed by two levels connected by internal stairway. The property opens in an open space entrance, that links the kitchen with the living room. The kitchen offers a beautiful view of the veranda, and it is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favourite dishes. In front of the kitchen there is one double bedroom with a bathroom full of shower. Going on, you enter into the living room furnished in a typical Tuscan style, with a wide dining table, a fireplace, two sofas, one armchair and a TV. From here you can go on the first floor, where you can find two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom complete with shower located in front of the bedroom.
Villa Margherita disposes of Wi-Fi free internet connection and washer. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioning. Pets allowed.
