Tenuta il Poggio is a wonderful stone country house, immersed in a natural unique beauty landscape, inside a big landed property of about 1606,18 acre, that rise upon a hill full of olive trees and wine yards. The property is about 10 km far from the sea, in the internal boarder of the famous Etruscan Coast. In the property there are other country houses, all detached and independent. All these houses once were the houses of farmers who lived in that farm, nowadays the country houses are used for tourist rentals.
Tenuta il Poggio is the ideal property where you can enjoy a holiday under the sign of the Tuscan beauties and relax, immersed in the colours and perfumes of this beautiful country area where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the surrounding hills. The villa can easily host within 8 guests and it provides a wide garden that surrounds all the property, complete with an equipped area with a gazebo, dining table and barbecue, perfect for cooking your favourite dishes outside. In front of the villa there is the stunning panoramic swimming pool (measure 10x5 meters, 1,5 meters depth) perfectly exposed to the sun during the day, full of outdoor shower and deckchairs, that is the setting for the breathtaking sight of the valley below, and a solarium for your moments of complete relax.

Innenbeschreibung

The villa is on two levels connected by an internal stair. The property opens into a open space living, with two beautiful living rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style, one of those provided with a LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system and fire place, and a service bathroom. Going on over the dining room, equipped with a big dining table, you can access to the wide, large and fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook your favourite dishes. The kitchen overlooks the terrace and the external porch for your romantic summer night under the moonlight, or for a barbecue with friends. Walking up the stairs you can enter the first floor where you can find four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower.
Tenuta il Poggio is provided with of Wi-Fi free connection and a washer. All the bedrooms have the air conditioning and mosquito nets.
